At frvr, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our fan handles for U.S. customers — covering damage, loss, and theft.

This page outlines the full terms and conditions of our warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

• This warranty applies only to frvr fan handles.

• Fan fabrics and any other accessories are not covered under this warranty.

• The warranty covers the following events:

  • Damage to the handle from normal use.

  • Loss of the handle.

  • Theft of the handle.
    
    

2. Eligibility

• This warranty is available exclusively to customers in the United States.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all claims.

• For damage claims, clear photos of the damaged handle must be provided.

• For loss or theft, photos are not required, but proof of purchase is still mandatory.
  
  

3. Claim Process

1. Email your claim to warranty@ravefrvr.com with:

   • Your order number or receipt.

   • A description of what happened.

   • Photos of the damage (if applicable).

2. Our team will review your claim within 5 business days.

3. If approved, we will ship a replacement handle to you.

4. Cost to Customer

• The replacement handle is free of charge.

• Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees for delivery of the replacement handle.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Limitations & Right to Refuse

• There is no set limit to the number of warranty claims you may submit.

• However, frvr reserves the right to deny any claim we believe to be:
  
  

  • Fraudulent.

  • Abusive.

  • Submitted without the required proof of purchase or documentation.

6. What’s Not Covered

• Fabrics or other accessories.

• Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect function.

• Damage caused by intentional misuse or modification of the handle.
  
  

7. Replacement Details

• Replacements will be the same handle style as originally purchased.

• If the exact style is unavailable, we may offer a similar replacement at our discretion.
  
  

8. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
